•	Only one account is allowed per company or organization.

•	In 'Pay Per Signup' program you will be paid $40 on all signups by credit cards and $35 for no console tours. In 'Active Trials' program you will only get paid IF member does not cancel free trial, your comission will be credited to you when a membership recurs or upgrades, then your commission will be $50.

•	You are free to make your own banners or text links. You may also use our banners.

•	All visitors you send to us must come from a web page. We do not allow email links (unless it's your opt-in subscription based mailing list that)/spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. We do not allow chatters. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.

•	Gaytronix will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

•	Sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent, and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, news group postings, spam e-mails, chatting.

•	Payouts are done on a weekly schedule, in full, for the commission you earned. Your check is sent to you within 15 days from the end of each pay period for the previous period's transactions. MO-01-2004 / MO-07-2004 will be paid on 23th of same month MO-08-2004 / MO-15-2004 will be paid on 1th of next month MO-16-2004 / MO-23-2004 will be paid on 8th of next month MO-24-2004 / MO-31-2004 will be paid on 15th of next month

•	You will only be sent a check if your account balance is at least $100.00 or the amount that you've choosed at your info. Payment will be carried over to the next pay period until your account has accrued at least $100.00. You can change minumum payment amount at your account settings.

•	All surfers sent to our site(s) must be in a full size window with toolbars, location, scroll bars, etc. Must be a regular window unaltered.

•	Webmasters shall not encourage customers to cancel their trial memberships before the rollover date. Webmasters found to be encouraging site visitors/customers to cancel their trial memberships before the rollover date, and/or providing site visitors with instructions on how to do so will have their accounts terminated, and all account earnings will be forfeited.

•	Gaytronix reserves the right to close any account that is suspected of fraudulent activity. Gaytronix also reserves the right to withhold payment from any webmaster suspected of participating in fraudulent activity.

•	If you'll make your own banner or write your promitional text, you must not promise anything that we do not offer at our sites.

•	Gaytronix does not accept sites that host at: Angelfire, Geocities, Tripod, and Hypermart or any other hosting company that does not allow adult sites.

•	Webmasters whose account has been terminated by Gaytronix must email us if they wish to rejoin our program. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of ALL moneys accumulated from the new account.

•	We reserve the right to deny any prospective webmaster admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason.

•	Spamming violates Gaytronix rules and is strictly prohibited. If you get caught spamming you will be dropped from the program and you will not get paid.

•	If an affiliate advises a surfer/client about un-selecting cross sells, affiliate should not do this and use the â€˜no cross sellâ€™ program instead. If a affiliate still advises a surfer/client about un-selecting cross sells, while using our normal programs to take advantage of the higher payout, we may be forced to switch affiliate to â€˜no cross sellâ€™ program and modify old commisions.
